Shipping Policy

Thank you for your order. This page outlines how and when we ship our products, and what you can expect after placing an order with us.

All products are currently available as pre-orders. This means your order will be charged at the time of purchase, and your items will be shipped once the first batch is ready. We expect to begin shipping in August 2026.

You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been placed, and a shipping notification with tracking information once your order is on its way.

Once the first batch starts shipping, please allow 2–4 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched.

We ship to addresses within Norway. All shipping to Norwegian addresses are free of charge.

We offer international shipping. We use flat rate shipping fees as shown in the table below. The applicable rate will be displayed at checkout based on your location.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, including VAT, which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Maperfo AS is not responsible for these charges — they are the responsibility of the customer.

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. Please see our full Return Policy for details.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at art@catraisonne.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We handle these on a case-by-case basis and will do our best to find a satisfactory solution.
